Site Manager
With +20 year construction industry experience, starting off as an apprentice carpenter working my way up to management, I have a broad range of exposure. Starting off overseeing carpentry and joinery packages up to a value of 1M to multiple trade packages of projects in the value of 190M.
Representing your company and being the point of contact on site to issue progress reports and manage the day to day of running a site.
Site Manager
A qualified first aider, able to fulfil there on site where required, report back and suggest any improvements that are required.
First Aid
Creating or updating programmes of work, inducting and supporting sub-contractors on site and resolving issues if they arrive.
Trade Management
At the end of each area of works, I can offer a snagging report for each contractor and work with all trades to create the finished project.
